The staff was nice however the rooms were run down with numerous amount of cockroaches and the washroom kept flooding with drain water and we had to call the staff again and again for the same and all they did was bring a wiper to clean the water. When we asked them if it could be fixed they said it's not their job. Irrespective of all this the staff during the day at the reception was cordial and really welcoming.

The hotel is at a very convenient location but useful for just wash & change and family cant stay over night as its full of cockroaches, very high wash basin, dirty mattress covers and many more issues. The tariff make the room suitable for just freshen up! Dint enjoy the stay and one can have a personal choice to choose the hotel based on hygiene levels!

The house of cockroach, it was very bad experience, every where is just cockroach, and also very bad experience with Fab hotel, I booked with Fab and I booked the early check-in paid facility but when I reached hotel, the reception guy said don't have available rooms and I called to fab service center they said we can't help in this, fab will go through the recording if they committed like that and all this will happened in the afternoon. Rating for Fab hotel: -1* Hotel staff is good, location is very good, we got very nice food just front of the hotel, restaurant called Madina Darbar*

Horrible room. Cockroaches running everywhere. Bed ply has come out & looking very bad. Only one good thing was the closet which was new. Bedding is very old. My first & last booking at Fab Hotels....

Bad experience. Online booking confirmed, but at real take extra charges. Water leakage from AC in room. Fan not working. Any service you call to reception, it's to much delay. Cockroach in bathroom and also room. No cooperation by their team

Very bad bed sheets and pillows, whole bed was smelling. Upon arrival they said it's all clean but all bedsheets and blankets were smelling. I would not recommend for stay with family. Also breakfast was only 1 cold item delived to room in pouch. Not worth the money, better pay 500 extra and stay in better hotel.

Disappointing Experience, Unmet Expectations My recent stay at the Fabhotel Lakdikapul left me thoroughly disappointed. When I booked this hotel, I had certain expectations based on the amenities listed, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. First and foremost, the amenities that were promised during the booking process were not available. This included things like complimentary breakfast, toiletries, hair dryer. The absence of these basic amenities made my stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. The overall condition of the hotel was not up to par either. The room I was provided was not modern as I would have liked, and it showed signs of wear and tear. The lack of attention to maintenance was evident. Furthermore, the staff's response to my concerns was lackluster, and they did not seem particularly concerned about addressing my issues. I had booked for three nights, and I had to go to the reception everyday to ask for complementary mineral water. Only toiletries provided were not-so-good bath soap and shampoo sache pack. And even these were provided only once and not daily. Not once during these three days did the staff clean the room. In conclusion, my stay at the hotel was far from what I expected based on the booking information. I would caution future travelers to double-check the availability of amenities and consider other options in the area.
