A clear 0 start for the hotel management. I had called their land line number and had booked an early check-in specifically without breakfast. Then when I came early in the morning at 05:00 AM, the manager refused to give a room telling that all rooms are filled and they did not receive any telephone booking from my end even after the showing them the call log history. Very poor and pathetic service. When you commit an early check-in booking make sure that you be very specific and responsible.

We stayed just for a day. Here are the positives and negatives I observed. 1. Rooms are clean. 2. Bathrooms are clean. 3. Bedsheets bedspreads and towels were clean. 4. Car parking is available. You can park outside as well or inside as well. 5. Location is very good. 6. Reception was also very smooth. 7. Unlimited breakfast in the morning from 8 to 10am. Negatives: 1. TV TataSky was deactivated. Though they activated after asking, no kannada channels were working. They did not activate the channels requested even after asking multiple times. 2. Room could have been little bigger but it's fine. Works fine for both families and friends. No smoking or any other smells observed. I totally liked it. Just to give an idea, we paid INR 1764 for a day for two people.

It was a good experience overall. They were super helpful. And even the breakfast was really good over there

Worst hotel to stay. I have never been in such a cheap hotel Worst Staff and service I have ever seen

The hotel does not function as they say. Check in and check out was not easier. The pre payments made were not updated and we were asked to pay the entire amount again. Location is not well maintained and stinks. Fab hotels should look on the issue to guard the image. Customer care was irresponsive.

Located in a quite nice area. They don't have enough parking space available. Have to park it out side the hotel. Room was okey but air conditioner compressor shutting down after short period of time, we have to use the fan for compensate those things. Overall an average experience. You can try it guys

This is the best hotel for individuals or maybe for two, with a budget price range also with car parking availability.

Rooms and beds are small, but good for budget solo travelers. Indoor parking available for 4 wheelers. Elevator is available. They provide Early check-in without extra cost if room is available. Also they provide complimentary mineral water bottle. Toilets are clean. Geysers are installed in bathrooms. Staff is courteous and room service is quick. Overall hotel is good as per tariff. Fabhotel Can do better and improve room interiors.
