The worst ever hotel. Receptionist is goon. I booked the hotel to check in at early morning but when I reached the hotel at 8 am he denied the entry and ask for fresh booking. Also when we made a fresh booking he charged us extra RS. 300 on the name of free service like towel, soap and water at the time of checkout.

I wish I could give negative rating. They offered an executive room with stinking bathroom and were arguing that this happens as the rooms are packed always. I stayed in another room but lock was broken and there also argument. Price is skyrocketed. The receptionist was OK in behavior but staff is having worst attitude. Don't go there incase of emergency even.

I had a horrendous experience in this hotel. I had arrived 1 hour before check-in time. The fans were not working in waiting area. No common washrooms to be used while waiting. The receptionist is no less than a goon and was abusing to all our family members when we asked to sit on sofa near reception. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. Worst nightmare is to stay in this hotel again.

The reception worker behavior was very rude. I came to this hotel at night and it was a rainy night. First he told me the price of room which is not worth it still i agreed to pay the money then we had a talk he became rude and also denied me to charge my phone he just saud "bhaiya ap hume distrub kr rhe hai" Where is the humanity? At night 2'O clock something a person is asking for charging the phone how can be this hotel can this much worst?

Never ever book your stay here. Its very old badly build-up, I booked it based on photos and few stupid reviews which thought this hotel is spacious, AC is not working too smelly it like a lodge they also make you fool by sending you pic of suit room (Which they have only one in full hotel (hotel is on 3rd and 4th floor.)). And they will give you executive room. I booked on total 6 executive room. And all are suffocating smelly. Owner and coworkers of this hotel have no manners very rude and stupid. This hotel is very shady place. I got fool by selecting it. Better to stay on road rather than this hotel. You will feel safe on road rather than in this hotel. Save your self wife, girlfriend, sisters and mother. Worst place for female. They will also charge you 800 INR if they think that you have stained there bed sheet. Which are already stained. Every thing about this hotel is negative. There is not a single thing good about this hotel. Owner looks you like he will kill you there only. He is too rude, drunk guy. He doesn't know the definitions of cooperation and welcoming. Dont do this mistake bro. All negative reviews are true.

Everything was worst. Price they charged there, was not worth it. Services are worst there, landline dosen't work, bathroom door's lock was broken. Water dripping from gallery's roof. Worst ever hotel experience. If you are planning to stay there, don't go for it.

Room was not given same as shown when we booked it. Cleanliness is main ajenda, on that they have to work

1or 2 star hotel feeling as if living in lodge. Rooms are outdated switches port , few lights arent working,there is no night lamp in the room. Washrooms door are jamed and can only be shut and not locked ,exhaust dont work upon they demand extra money for unclean besheets. Rates doesnt justify the services at all ...there are many better hotels next to it.
