I booked this hotel for 4 days from 6th June to 10th June but bad experience. Don't book this hotel with breakfast as they provide only hard poha or aloo Paratha with little aloo stuffed when complain they say we didn't had aloo orelse roadside khaman which we get in 30 rs. they say we will order from outside but then give excuses that all hotels opens after 10:00 am which is a lie as I saw nearby hotels opens at 8:00 am.I had breakfast from outside during my stay and when complain to fab hotels they are denying also saying they provided extended 5th day stay which is a lie. As manager Mahendra only told never book our hotel with breakfast and advising me to check before booking that hotel don't have kitchen then you will be getting this type of service only.
Third class service & ambience also. AC remote note available in the room. Shower not working. TV not working. Gyser not working. Online jo dikha raha hai wesa to bilkul b nai tha room. I ask for dental kit they tell me that provide in rhe morning. And the last there is no telephone in the room to contact them.
We had booked the rooms through Fab hotel on 28th. We had travel to watch the IPL finals and had confirmed about our early check in the same morning at 6 am. However after reaching Mr. Mahendra who claimed to be the owner of the hotel to extremely rude to me and my group. There was one more group before us and he was equally rude to them as well.He refused to hear us and stated he didn't know any Fab hotel. He checked the booking and confirmed that he had booking in our name but didn't want to give us as it is his decision. When I confronted him for the advance payment he asked us to return at 12 ( Actual check-in time). He was wearing a baniyan and pants ( which is not acceptable in the hospitality industry). He wasn't ready to speak to me and kept on talking to my male colleagues who had no clue about the booking details.I wouldn't recommend this hotel as IF he was the owner, than it is no use to stay in such hotel where the owner himself doesnt respect the guest and instead insults them.
It was my worst experience here ! Also the receptionist was ! So rude ! That he didn't even consider. Checked out late ! We have to catch train and it was late ! So I asked ! He denied ! Not even considering 15 -20 mins , also it was shady property! Location was not good
Staff was nice but don't book hotel online from any platform. I booked on fab hotels. I booked a AC room but got Non AC room as said by staff no AC rooms available. It was a really bad experience in this high temperature of May-june. Pls confirm before booking.
