Hotel location and infra is good. But rooms are not well maintained and having cigarette smell.Service is very poor. Rooms are not getting ready on time.I have checked in at 16.00 hrs instead of 12.00 hrs but I have to wait as room was not ready Bathroom towels , soap and toiletries were not available Towel supplied after repeated calls .Room service and reception number is same and no one is picking up in wee hrs.Even roof top restaurant is not maintained well. Service providers are only interested in tip.Most important thing is hospitality and professionalism which is badly missing.Staff are in the habit smoking and chewing tobacco. Growth of this hotel is a question mark!!!!

At walkable location from hussian ganj metro station n accessible to aminabad market. Staff behaviour n their service was excellent. Rooms need little maintenance regarding pest.

Well located, conceived and implemented property but maintenance of building, fittings, fixtures and furnishing all need improvement. Staff was cooperative and courteous.

Room service is poor.Rooms are not cleaned and maintained properly. At restaurant,food was not worth the price. Actual room is different from the picture shown on website .

Room had very very bad smell. Receptionist told that they sprinkled pesticide. Not really felt like pesticide and also why pesticide just before checkin? Food quality was ok but same food given on two consecutive nights. Asked water thrice but no quick response from hotel. Overall, really below avg stay. Suggestion- Remove the carpets in the corridor and room. They smell really terrible if not maintained well.

I had booked fab hotel prime-V in Lucknow from agoda for two days but my advice to all people is never to book fab hotel prime-V from any site the room is very bad the cleanliness is not at all dirty. There are bedsheets and pillows, in which you will get to see a lot of dirt, the behavior of the staff is very bad, the washroom is completely dirty, the food is very expensive and not good, the hotel staff closes the AC at night, according to the hotel rent is very expensive. Overall my trip was very bad & hatrick because of this hotel

Everything is good but fab hotel host didn't pick my call and didn't contact me when i need them they didn't respond due to which i had to pay extra

Not at all like the images online . Everything is old . Floor tiles were broken and coming off . Faucets were old and not working.Fridge was not working . Key card kept discharging .
