The property was looking very beautiful in the pictures but, when I visit there it was really shocking. I can see and feel the fungus' stinking smell all over the property and even inside the rooms. It was a great disappointment. TV, they provide only basic free TV channels. When I ask them add more channels they promised to do but that wasn't happened until we vacate after 4 days. Restaurant: they have very limited items. 90% of the items found in the menu card was not available. All the employees were very friendly. Swimming pool was clean.

Worst Experience with this property WORST EXPERIENCE. I don't know who rated this hotel as 3 star. I would rate it a 1 or 2 star. Don't go by the pictures in the site(they might be when the hotel was started). I went there with my family. Negatives: 1. There is no proper parking. 2. Rooms have a very bad fungal smell. 3. They didn't even bother to check the room before the guests come in. When complained about smell, they just sprayed some room freshner. 4. Staff was very laid back and didn't bother about the guests comfort. 5. There is a small pool which gets closed at 7pm. 6. Location is not properly marked in the maps. Had to make multiple calls to find the place. 7. Bedsheets has holes in it. 8. They didn't even bother sharing the wifi password and telling the hotel facilities to the guests. Only positive is location. Nothing else. Not at all worth the money that you pay for. We were tired by the time we reached hotel, otherwise would have cancelled and moved to a different place.

Bad experience. The hotel is located in a narrow alley it took us half an hour to find the hotel. The swimming pool was dirty. The breakfast buffet looked pathetic with limited options and was unhygienic. We stayed there for 2 days and skipped breakfast there because of the condition of the restaurant and the slow service. The room smelled and we just couldn't sleep. Everything was hi-tech in the hotel but was not maintained, it stink everywhere and the place was extremely unhygienic. The bathroom had fungus in every corner and I spotted a big rat in the room one night. Please book them if you want to spoil your vacation.

Horrible management by the hotel. The jet spray never stops running, got cockroaches everywhere inside the room no pest control has happened here, the menu says 24x7 but nothing is available and the best thing is when you order for lunch they say nothing can be done during this time and around dinner 1-2 items are only available, and they sent their staff to our door to remind us to leave before 11 Am at any cost. I don't suggest to go here because they will charge you like hell but won't give you any service.

We booked from fab hotel website paid amount and got confirmation, but when we reached there they said they mistakenly had over booking and said we will return back our money and denied rooms. Such is the pathetic situation of a prime hotel. They didn't even arrange some where else and said sorry just accepting thier mistake. There should be some strict laws to ensure this type of mistakes. Even though we paid money, booked one month in advance and got confirmation message still suffered mentally and physically. Location wise good.

1. We booked 2 rooms. In one room we saw the rat moving around. In another room, we could hear squeaking of mice. The sliding door of cupboard was not working.Also, thermacol scrap was pouring down from the AC vents 2. The service was very poor. They took 1 hr 10 mins to deliver breakfast. We had to call them 4 times, still they took so long. We went to the counter for these issues. There another customer was having same issues with cupboard and mice.

This is a very nice hotel, friendly staff and good room service. It has close proximity with famous beach and is easily accessible. We stayed with family and had a great time.

Rooms were okay ..not too good ....somewhere something lacking behind like the TV units was not working for kids , they don't have charge the dish box even after complain. They charge us for one glass broken accidently Rs 150 while check out and even they charge Rs 250 for kids milk to get warm in their kitchen. Water bottles they are selling in double tripple rate as comparing with the market price.
