Quite disappointed with the hotel as there was a huge difference from the photos that were posted vs. the actual place. The fridge was not working and unclean, no hot water from the showers. The staff did not smile and greet welcomingly at all and I don't think smiled the whole time. Strangely no restaurant/ kitchen in the hotel either so I'm not sure how they are known as a 3 Star Hotel! Anyway, The only positive thing about it the hotel would be the location: close to the Max Hospital which is where we wanted to go. Usually don't write such reviews but I was quite disappointed.

The property will spoil the FAB Hotels good reputation. The rooms have not been cleaned for days together. Toilets are very dirty, floors are cracking, wall papers torn and untidy. My daughter developed severe allergy due to dust on floor and on the bed. As the rooms were dimly lit and we checked in at night, we could not see what was on the floor. The property do not have a kitchen and give cold packed food for breakfast without even asking what does the client want. There is parking for one car only and the rest is either let out to others on monthly basis or used by staff for their parking. Bed sheets and blankets provided for extra bed (only mattress laid on floor, no cot) was very old and torn. Worst property with no class. One receptionist boy(Pankaj) don't know how to talk to guests and a manager (Gaurav) only useful to scold his staff and not resolving the issue. I booked for two days but checked out after day one itself. They charged for both days though. No bills/ receipts for water bottles that they have on extra payment (Rs60/- for a litre of some local brand). Overall very very bad experience for me and my family. I do have videos, and no still photos were taken.

Here I am giving a 1 Star because there is no system for less than that. Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and Booking Experience. I recently attempted to make a hotel reservation through Fab Hotels, and I must say that the entire experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the moment I contacted their customer care, it became evident that their level of service was far below expectations. Firstly, the customer care representatives were completely unhelpful and provided vague and inadequate responses to my inquiries. Instead of addressing my concerns, they simply passed me along from one person to another, leaving me feeling frustrated and confused. Furthermore, despite my clear intention to book a room, they outright denied my request without providing any valid reason. It's astonishing how a hotel booking platform can turn away potential customers without even attempting to understand or resolve their concerns. The lack of professionalism and accountability in their customer service is truly disheartening. As a customer, I expected to be treated with respect and provided with clear information regarding my booking. Instead, I was met with indifference and inefficiency. I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider using Fab Hotels for their accommodation needs. The experience I encountered reflects poorly on their overall service quality and raises serious doubts about their commitment to customer satisfaction. In conclusion, my attempt to make a reservation with Fab Hotels was met with a complete lack of support, unhelpful responses, and a blatant refusal to assist me. I would highly recommend exploring alternative hotel booking platforms that prioritize customer service and provide a more reliable and efficient booking experience.

Room was not properly cleaned. Air condition was not function. Maintenance guy came at 12:00am night for checking and said AC filter jammed, mainly due for not proper maintenance. Shower was not working. Also for 2 persons they provide only 1 bottle each of 500ml. One time. While they charged extra (500-600)rs for 1 person even if the room was anyway for 2 person. Overall bad experience. I won't recommend to stay here.

Booked my stay, and cancelled it after I got to know they dont serve breakfast and hotel does not have kitchen. The staff is extremely rude and would prefer if the customer turms away as The price they show is too much and it has false rating of 3 star. Whats worse is they have a non refund policy. I guess they are running the hotel only on scams and annoying the customer with 0 service so they can benefit from cancellations on no refund policy. Do not waste money. Find better hotel.

Its worst experience when I was booking asked customer care person for hot water availablity he told me it's available but when we checked hotel staff told heater is under repair and can't see when it wil work so I had to check out 2 days prior to my check out date and was made for all 4 days. Saw your reviews and found so many of them had bitter experience with fab hotel group. I will ever book nor recommend any of my friends to fab hotels i am not sure if you guys really consider these feed back and take action. Previously so many have complained abt your service and hotels condition but look u just ignore our feedback

The rooms were decent and clean, but smelling of cigarette smoke. The drain in the shower area was not working and accumulating water. The AC thermostat was not working in one of the rooms and was to cold. The behaviour of the person at the reception was worse. On informing about the cigarette smoke, the reaction was you can go some place else.

Horribly money minded hotel staff. They would not provide dental kit and take extra charge for getting it from the shop next door. The room quality is very average and the money being charged for the same is not justified. My request for room change was not honoured throughout the stay. Early check in was provided at an extra cost even though the rooms were empty. No kitchen in the property so you have to zomato your breakfast also.
