Place is at great location and the staff is too behaved and a gentlemen. However you may find accesories like iron or hair dryer not available for deluxe rooms. Overall it was a great stay and the food was delicious. The chef can be really complemented for he do listens and understands the taste. Overall a good hospitality.

We 6 batcher friends stay here. Nice location very reasonable price. Rooms were neat and clean. Service also good. We did not eat food there because it was mix veg and non veg. Overall good. In low Budget you get good hotel.

The hotel was well located. The basic service quality was good value for money. Buy don't expect top class amenities and turn a blind eye to a few patched of the wall were paints are peeling off. Also the plumbing and faucets in my room were broken. A coffee kettle in the room will also help

Place is good for stay, just you need to search a bit as Google map show a different location and the hotel is located just 20-30meters back the location an is inside. Service is good, rooms are good for stay and affordable as well at a good location just opposite to Radisson blue and near to Bombay hospital Indore

All over the hotel is so good. Room is cleaned and hygiene. Bathroom is great, everyday room cleaning is done change of bed sheet and everything. My experience is so great there prime avenue is a very good property and have a very reasonable rate. But the one thing about hotel is they do not provide you plates if you need they said you have to order from us for the plate thats the point make me think what is that. Instead of that hotel is vvv great.Thanku so much for a great stay.

Location posh, decent rooms and hygiene, decent breakfast (not much options). The only issue was the shaving kits were not even available on demand. Rest was good.

I have had very good experiences in prime avenue in the past. It was after a year and half that I visited indore after so long. My first priority was to stay in prime avenue. I could find the rooms in fab hotels and I called fab hotels directly to arrange my booking in this particular hotel. The staff services hasn't changed at all. I love the services there but the one thing that disappointed me was that the property is not under the maintenance. I have always preferred prime avenue over any other hotel whenever I visit indore but it feel bad to see the property degrading. The pain was coming out of the walls. Repairing in the rooms wasn't covered properly and wooden work and mirror in the washroom are dying now. I would really ask the owner to kindly look after the maintenance of the property as I am sure that it's the best hotel in indore which is first choice of many other travellers too other than me. Apart from this, the taste of the food over there is amazing. I loved the food. The staff is also very responsible and polite.
