Very poor management. During my checkout, no one was there to arrange a hardcopy of the bill. However on assurance from the caretaker, I paid my dues and left as I was in hurry. Still following up on daily basis and no update from their end. Update: After lots of follow-up and scheduling app based courier service, finally I recieved the hard copy.....
