It was a complete value for money. Price they charged for their room is perfectly fine. Their service is good too. People are warm and willing to help. Only possible area of improvement is the entrance, which unfortunately is accessible through a clumsy street. However this is hardly few meters from the main road. Would request management to spend some money on the street from the main road to the entrance. Otherwise everything was fine. Staff was very warm and so was their hospitality.

The room is fine for one night but they could improve the cleanliness. I could see lots of mold on the walls and ceilings and it was smelly. As it is located close to the airport, this hotel is very convenient if you need to catch a flight. We drove to the airport after midnight in 10 minutes.

The hotel is very close to the airport and right next to the metro. The staff is very helpful and attended to all our requests immediately.The room and bathroom wad neat with regular cleaning being done. The breakfast was also really good compared to what usual restaurants serve.

Really pathetic service, in middle of shower I realized that there is no shower gel. After I informed about this issue to reception, he didn't even bother to say sorry and was just saying hmmm. Food quality is really bad. Really didn't expect this from Fab group. High time that you deploy good professionals in reception and room service.

Had booked This hotel for 3days. Rooms are good. But the linen provided was dirty. I asked them to change the bedsheet and pillow cover, and changed ones was more dirty. Washroom was not cleaned since ages with and all walls covered with stains. I told all this to the reception guy in morning and he assured me to clean and to my surprise it was in the same pathetic condition when I returned. Poor service poor hygiene. Need alot of improvement. U can charge 1000 more but atleast give clean bedsheet and pillows.

Very nice hotel..value for money...very courteous staff and the management.. Their breakfast buffet has limited variety but very delicious. Overall very pleasant stay

I had stayed here for 3 days and my experience was extremely positive. The complimentary breakfast was really good. The room was well maintained. The team had provided all the amenities that was needed. The team was always available to address my questions or requests. I would recommend this place for sure.

Hotel rooms are good. Amenities are provided only after asking. There were confusions regarding rooms allocation(deluxe vs family) along with number of guests. It could be improved.
