I had booked Suit in this hotel. I called support team prior journey start. They took 2 hours and told me that they droped mail to hotel u can reat assured. I landed Hyderabad early morning 4 am with my kids. That time i come to know that my suit booking is not updated to fab hotel. Hotel person said bluntly u check with agoda. I called up customer care executive he had fair idea of English. He said i need to check with hotel and they cant help on it. They can help in cancelling hotel. Just imaging u promised holiday to ur family and u land up in such situation at wee hours then what can i do? After one hour of call they didnt helped me. By time it was 5.00 am and i have to find solution. I requested hotel but hotel used this as earning opportunity and told me to pay extra rates. I have no choice and go for it. Suit Rooms r like too small to call it as suit. Picture represented are false. Water guisser was not working. Toilet cap was broken. Flush was not working so we have to flush it with bucket same issue with anothr room. In the name of customer delight they posted sticker on mirror stating kits like shaving kits, dental kits, sops n all. In reality it was just one soap n small bottle of shampoo. For four people they provided one towels that too when we asked. It was ko chaged for next day. No door mats for washroom. Gym shown is not thir. Location is in the market hence not recommended for families. Breakfast als not received. And for those it is it is procured from outside street vendor only. Second day Early morning and 4 am adjacent room women were fighting loudly. Overall agoda experience was too bad along with hotel. I would recommend to go with other local service providers and avoid this type hotel and experience.

The hotel offers best rooms for the said price. Expect only decent serviced from staff, not much. But yes! the hotel is good for family and couples. You can consider staying here. Also, the quality and taste of breakfast and tea is good. A GOOD HOTEL!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days below is my feedback are as follows. 1.daily cleaning frequency was not done 2. No proper ventilation inside very sophisticated inside the room difficult to breathe. 3. Geaser was not working properly. 4. Recharge was expired for setup box connection. 5. Blanket was very dirty 6. Location wise it is good. 5. Compared to other hotels with this price range this is the better one.

Starting off this is NOT A THREE STAR HOTEL. The rooms were nothing close to one. Broken taps nd were leaking water, shower leaking, washroom not clean, AC leaking, saw a tiny cockroach, sheets not really clean, room size was okayish. What more do u want? Only it's located close to all sights in Hyderabad, like close to charminar as w. So yea for the location... The fan wouldn't work properly. When we told them, they did say they'd fix it but not a good job done and a man at the reception Idk who kept staring at me creepily ew.

Worst experience ever not a single proper service they have provided. Uncleaned rooms and washrooms. All the photos and videos they are provided are just to make people fool. In my room the gyzer is not working the washroom is uncleaned, the bedsheets are dirty the lamps are not in a working state the reception facilities are poor. Even if you complaint they just ignore. In one word the hotel is good for nothing. I will suggest not to prefer this hotel.

There was no room service. Not as good as showing in the hotel photo. AC was not working in one room. Lot of mosquito inside the hotel. Hotel staff's very rude and no cleaning. And so many bad things

Rooms are very small. No Internet Wifi No Proper AC No Proper Gyser hot water Charging Sockets are burnt No Room cleaning No Intercom No Restraunt in Hotel, need to order food on swiggy or zomato

Very bad experience with this hotel. Condition of the room is not in good condition even the staff is also not good. Sevice of this hotel is also not good. I didn't like even a single thing from this hotel. Very worst experience.
