Absolutely pathetic rooms with unhelpful and rude staff. Rooms did not have working aircon and the room that was changed after much persuasion did not light in d bathroom. Terrible experience. I had booked thru make my trip.

Price is too much high, compare to what service they provide. Daily in breakfast the same food will be given. They provide only water melon and lemon juice in morning that too the juice jar won't be clean and one day I found there were flies inside the juice jar. If you order food in hotel they provide less quantity and the price is too high. Hotel staff is good. Hotel cleaning service is too good.

Was there for a week as per what company provided as a place to stay before finding my own when I joined. It was not that good, nor was it that bad. To be honest this was my first ever experience inside a proper hotel and it was nothing like I had thought. So can't complain but had high expectations. Food was okay that they provided every morning and had lot of variety actually. South Indian stuff was good, but North Indian things they tried like parantha etc were really bad.

Clean bedding and washroom. Easily Reachable and map location is perfect. Reason of giving 3 stars - Only 1 towel in bathroom. No hand towel or usual extra towel. - No dental kit, despite requesting the same at reception. - Combined body and hair wash. Not good for hairs imo. - Bath curtain is not clean. Its washable for a reason. - Bathing area is compact and should have a partition to stop water from spilling in rest of the bathroom. These are my observations as of now per my single night stay. Will update the review as am staying there for another 2 days. Will add some pictures too.

This hotel deserves a 3 Star Rating just because of Ms. Hanchana. Her presence of mind to help people staying over and to cater to every needs despite small are commendable. She understands our concerns well and responds appropriately. The hotel chain will greatly benefit if she is given a better position in a better place. Everyone else over there treats customers just the way most regular Budget Hotels do! The rooms are a little small for a 2 week stay but comfortable for a couple of days. Bathrooms could do a little better; replacing chipped and dirty mirrors could do wonders. Food is great wrt Budget Hotel Standards. Cleaning is prompt which again is not seen in every budget hotel. The Room Service Menu has nice options albeit a little costly.

Location is just next to a main road, which is extremely busy and very heavy in traffic, especially during evenings. But the hotel is just beside in a smaller lane and fortunately not affected by the heavy traffic. There is a decent restaurant very next to the hotel, which is run by the same management, which has good food at slightly elevated rates, but more for non-vegetarians. The issues less than desirable are as follows : 1. Not a 3 Star hotel at all 2. No power back up - whenever power goes, rooms remain dark 3. Small rooms and not kept neet 4. mattresses are not at all fresh and not properly washed - they seem old from the first look itself 5. AC gets switched off when power fails 6. Window drapes seem decades old 7. Very small TV, with hardly any channels worth watching. Volume is set very low and difficult to hear anything All in all, not a very desirable hotel for the room charges paid !

Location is very good and easily accessible, connectivity also very good, you can find all conveyance so quickly to roam all around the Bangalore. Staff is also very cooperative. Rooms are good but deluxe which I got was very small in comparison to the room I have been shown in online booking. Executive rooms are good and will provide you a great view of outside.
