Stayed here for 4 nights. * Staff at the reception is least interested in guests. *No proper intro was given at the time of checkin. *poorly trained staff. *worst management. *worst with respect to hygiene, bedsheets had hairs and spots at multiple places. *Privacy wise it's a good place for couples, *Can view Hussain sagar from the terrace. Overall just an average experience. For such services the price should be 1000 INR/night.

I had booked room 3 months prior as I had to run Hyderabad marathon. I also got a check in mail early morning. When I reached the hotel to check-in, I was denied room saying there is a plumbing issue in the floor. I was asked to contact customer care for support. Did not expect such a nonsense from such a renowned group.
