One of the best places I have stayed in a long time. Very pleasant staff, the rooms were emasculate clean. So peaceful and positive vibes. I liked it so much that I booked the next day as well.
I was booked a room here by my company for a 2 night stay. This is a very small hotel but I found the room neat and clean. Air conditioning and water heater in bathroom working smoothly. WiFi is pretty good.
The hotel rooms were nice and clean. Also the hotel was located in a good location. And the staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

I would give a negative rating for the location. The surrounding areas are not at all clean. Even the room, though outwardly it seemed clean, was too dusty and sticky. Staff were cooperative and paid attention to the requests. Still for the room and location, I give a negative ranking.
Had a great experience with Landmark guestline, this the best budget hotel one can get in Vashi, rooms were clean, hot water was there,no dust, bathroom, linen was just perfect, really no complaint from the stay, booked online and paid online too, had no problem during check-in, definitely recommend this property in Vashi!
