My recent stay at this hotel chain was nothing short of exceptional. The services were top-notch, the cost was reasonable, and the food was a gastronomic delight. The ambience was perfect for relaxation, and the staff and management went above and beyond to ensure a memorable visit.
The address/ location given in the internet is WRONG .Even the pic of the property shown is different.Its of a school. The hotel attendants were cooperative. The room service was mediocre. The food quality was also to be appreciated. Whenever calling gives the same respond,the attendants are busy.
The hotel is spacious and in a very good location with calm & quiet atmosphere. The approach of the hotel staff members is excellent. The quality of food is also very satisfactory.
Good rooms in prime location and they have several locations in Kolkata, round the clock services and they are superb, but expensive if one can afford it .
Overall it is a good hotel but price should have been at Rs 1500 inclusive of all taxes
Power back up facility is required it was not available in the wee hours.
This location doesn't exist now. It's a scammer place....preschool is there. But the whole pic is fake. Beware guys...I have lost a lot of money at this place just over phone call and even sharing there live location. But there is no hotel at this place you will not find even a single original pic of this place so beware.
allover the experience is not bad . it could be better.. service is very good and prompt but the bedsheet was used may be and room was not sound proof..
