Worst place i have ever stayed in. No proper Service. AC was not working for the most of the time. No response from the staff. Online rate is different and the price is different when you reach there . Only good point is that its near to most of the place.
Very bad hotel, rooms and toilets are untidy ,lift ,AC, toilets flush are not working, night time power cuts , no water bottle,even the receptionist said that to post the bad reviews about fabhotel the grand. Not a 3 star hotel, Zero star hotel
The ever worst hotel i have stayed. 2 hour power shortage in our room with no backup, very poor pest management, we spotted 4 insects crawling on the bed soon after the checkin. No dustbin. No room service. Room key should be handed over to the reception even when we leave the hotel during our stay. It's very worst experience.
No drinking water, only one glass and one towel to two guests. When we asked towel they will not provided. Actually the rate was 1756, they took 1800. Irresponsible staff. Toilet was bad. Toilet shower not working. Other taps leaking. Very bad experience

This is a Fake one, After travelling 300 kms to reach the hotel to my surprise the hotel management said we have no booking on your name or id, please contact the customer care. When I called customer care they said they ll forward to concerned department but no one picked. Sent mail but no reply. Now If I call from my registered mobile no is attending the call. Please beware of this fraudsters...
Toilet,bed, pillow, restroom cleanliness, hot water heater not working all very worst . Front office only ok. Don't recommend to anyone. please maintain properly.
