Don't go by reviews. All FABRICATED !! Most unkept, untidy, filthy, stinky & fusty rooms with stained, riven & tattered linen, pillows & nasty & putrid washrooms. No water flow in washbasin. They offered to change the room.... but all appear worse than the previous one !!!
Fake reviews on Google.. worst experience ever ..never expected this from fab hotels associated hotel...towels bedsheets linen were all dirty and stained..glasses were also dirty..towels were missing..there was hardly any water available in bathroom , zero pressure in taps and shower..wc was broken...very bad service...avoid ..

Room no 203 . Stayed in this FabHotel K9 , ludhiana for one night on 27 Feb 2023 . The worst experience ever. The room given to us has a bathroom with a terrible stink. This foul smell spread into the room too. Many rooms were vacant, I fail to understand why this particular room was given to us when the staff knew about this stink frm the bathroom They do not have a restaurant. But they provide breakfast. The breakfast timing is between 8 am and 10 am we were told. But we got breakfast , that was inedible, around 9.40 am. We missed our 9.30 meeting with someone due to this delay. NEVER BOOK IN THIS HOTEL. RANJAN DEWAN
