Perfect stay. Hotel is clean, and rooms are decently sized with every appliance etc. working fine. Hotel's staff is very helpful.Highly recommended if planning to explore Hyderabad best places like Golcanda fort etc.
Please note, there is no kitchen in this property. You have to order food from outside. The breakfast served in your room is brought from outside, AFTER 8:30am. Yes, after 8:30am. The hot water does not come well. I had to start early for a meeting and realised there is no hot water, no breakfast available. I had to step out of the hotel at 7:30am to search for breakfast!!
I was traveling solo, the hotel staff made me comfortable.. The guy at reception was very helpful.. Rooms are very clean, hygiene.. Super safe. Food is gud.

Receptionist wasn't ready for credit card payment saying machine is not working and insisting on cash or UPI payments. After informing that I don't have any other option then only he took out the machine and payment was completed. Service boy informed us that he will bring the bags to the room but even after 1 hour he did not do it. So when we came back to take bags he casually informed that you have so many bags so I didn't deliver. DTH recharge was expired and even after recharge only free channels were available. Worst experience ever received.

Room 207. Very unclean. The washroom mirror had some dirty layering on it which seemed to have been left as it since months. Also, the towel used by the previous renters were still left hanging in the washroom.
One of the best hotels in Pune. I had a great experience. because they have well maintained rooms.
