Rooms are clean but small but sufficient. Not airy as no window. working TV with required channels good working condition AC Small but clean washroom with hot water. good helpful staff good hotel for business trips or visa applicants. close to kurla railway station.

I stayed here for a visa submission trip. The room was very small and hardly any space to walk around the queen size bed. The cleanliness of the room was okay, few bugs in the bathroom.The staff were good and helpful except at the check-in reception, I wasn't allowed a one-hour late checkout. The food was decent, tea was bad. The hotel location is in a auto/construction business area so not much restaurant options but few Arabic restaurants are available. I checked out to a better hotel as soon as my visa work was completed.

I think fab express, fab hotels are into clear fraud and cheating customers. The images that they show on their websites is incorrect, misleading. If this was product on an e-commerce site we would return it. But since that is not possible, we are stuck with them. In grand heritage hotel, there were no toiletries, not hot water, bathroom was leaky and unclean, pathetic breakfast. Won't answer phones except for 2 hrs. I am not sure how come nobody has dragged them to court for their practices. If there is regulatory authority, they must take strict action.

These guys are just cheaters. Accepted the booking, I reached at mid-night and the manager told that the room is not available due to some short-circuit. Since morning they were sitting on this and never informed me nor makemytrip. Then they tell me that we will shift you to another hotel. Our boy will take you on bike.. seriously? I went walking with him only to find a very shady place. Very unprofessional, non-caring and inhumane people. Stay away, all their reviews look fake to me.

Well it was a rather simple accommodation. Served the purpose - US Visa Appointment Rather unusual was that it had NO WINDOWS ! Didn't even use the ac, it was so cold. WiFi - Not Good Did hear sounds like rats around the washroom. Good Hot Water. Don't know how often they wash the comforter covers, pillow covers & bedsheets, considering most guests I presume are 1night stays. But I closed my eyes and slept, not wanting to think too much.

As the place and location is crowded, the hotel facility and service is average but you can't expect the best of the rooms and facilities in this area. Any professional visit is good but family visit should be limited with regards to have leisure. Overall better to select this hotel as compared other in this particular location.

Nice place to stay Familiar staff On road so u can travel anywhere within Mumbai. Taxi will drop you in front of ur hotel Only problem unmarried couples not allowed Rest all is best

This is not a hotel...Some group of goons sitting for extortion. If you wish to get ill you can go there. There are too many options for infections. Bunch of Stinky jhuggis. And never ever think about this haunting hotel. And one more thing fab hotels are similar things and fab is promoting this loot. When uou check out you will found that they will charge for annoying services and then ask all payments in cash only. And you need to pay in cash only. You can stay at railway station but never come here.
