Pathetic experience. Dirty pillows. Bedsheets. Dirty bathroom. Worst hotel never book this hotel through online or offline. Breakfast is provided in newspaper wraps. Horrible experience. They ask money for breakfast even after you booked hotel including breakfast. Third class hotel.
I got room 203. Bathroom lock was not working if they suggest this room please ask them to change. The room was good but the bathroom door lock is not working
Worst Experience! Avoid. - 3 days stayed The room charging point is not properly working. Door handles moving. Only soap you gets as toiletries. Cleanliness of the bathroom is average. Wifi connection is not reliable, disconnecting very often. Don't book with breakfast, they buy and give food from outside that too with following up. If you book for business purpose, they don't give GST Bill. It is definitely not professional, not even 2 star. Strictly avoid.
Room was super good. But disappointed with the heater they don't provide geyser. And the staff were so rude. Overall the room was good.

We dint stay they even though pre booking is made you dink block the room finnally we were sent out of grand gunas due to fully occupied we were cheating us getting our pre booking money
The property management don't see the need for hangers in cupboard, drinking glasses in room. Black mark in hospitality.

It was a good stay. Need to improve dining though. Cinematic experience is good but sound effect will disturb the next room...Need to think about sound insulation. Without good sound effect it degrades the cinematic experience.
