Rooms are good and clean. Only thing missing is a electric kettle. It should be helpful if they can put that in room with some basic things such as coffee pouch, milk, tea and sugar pouches. Washroom was very neat and clean. Only thing missing in washroom was a hair dryer, would be helpful if they can install it. Other amenities such as - AC TV Lights Bed linen mattress were neat and clean. They don't have their own restaurant,else it would have been helpful.

I stayed at Grand Continent hotel near VFS Center Banglore and it was a great experience. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They arranged breakfast on time and it was delicious. The hotel is highly recommended for VFS applicants as it is just across the road from Gopalan Mall. A picture taken from my room attached to show, how close is Gopalanmall.

Please dont ever come to this hotel. There is no water supply. I checked in late night and there was no water to shower, loo nor to wash face. The hotel representative was not helpful, kept saying 5 mins- it will be sorted. He took more than 30 mins and still there was no resolution. Pathetic service.

We will get a five star hotel atmosphere in limited price

Very bad service by the staff. No towels provided, no cleaning done in room, staff not available... It's says 3 star hotel but it doesn't looks like I think the lodging system is better than this hotel. U ask towel it will come tomorrow, laundry it will come after 3 days, you call for anything it will come late and when you call they will say it will come in 10mins but it comes after 30mins. If you choose to stay at this hotel that will be your wrong decission.. better stay at other hotel

I stayed here for a just a night at Room No.406. The experience was very average. The room was a little too small but manageable. The check-in was very quick. But the service is extremely slow. I asked for a sachet of Milk Creamers which was provided to me after an hour. There are no dental kits available in the bathroom. The spread for the morning breakfast is extremely limited. But the most disappointing thing was that the exhaust in the bathroom was not functional and pigeons had made a nest above the exhaust fan. Twigs kept falling from the exhaust into the commode. Thankfully I just had to spend a night.

I have been to quite a few budget hotels , but this one certainly stands out. For a budget hotel this place is surprisingly very well maintained , very clean and beautiful . The interiors and especially the rooms are very very nice . The bathrooms are also very well designed and maintained. The most surprising part was that I paid approx 5.5k for 3nights and 4 days which is super duper cheap considering the location and quality of the place. The staff is very polite and helpful. The location is also very central, right in front of gopalan innovation mall . There are quite a few, very good eateries at just a few steps from the hotel. The only negative point is that they don't have a covered parking if you have a vehicle with you. In all , I would suggest this hotel to anyone who is visiting bangalore.

Room are neat and clean but a bit small, for two people its great place. They have window in rooms from which sunlight comes. Washroom is really nice, the shower works great. The handwash and body wash and body lotions are all natural products. Simply lovely
