Stayed in the property for wedding. Rooms are spacious but bathroom is too small. The banquet hall had two small rooms for bride and groom or the family. It was well decorated for various functions like haldi, mehendi and marriage. But the person concerned for music was unavailable many-a-times. The hotel doesn't have food service. The 2 restaurants in the same mall allows you to dine without going far. Overall a good place to arrange parties.

New property, rooms are nice and clean. To be frank, it's a motel not a hotel. No basic service. No hot water facility, no tea kettles, no chairs, no tables etc. Recommended only for bachelor accommodation. Corridors are wide open and easily accessible for outsiders, kind of uncomfortable. But per night rates are too cheap, that's the biggest plus point. Best to avoid complimentary breakfast.

Dont go with false reviews of this hotel. Very worst experience, I booked 1 night stay for my parents with breakfast option from agoda, 1. Hotel records don't show we have breakfast includes. 2. After showing confirmation on app, he bring only tea and 20Rs biscuits served as breakfast that too from outside. Is anyone from world consider that morning tea and buscuit is breakfast? Hell like no other. Ridiculous, I feel sso ashamed in front of parents to book this Fab gold palace adajan surat hotel. 3. No kitchen in this hotel. 4. Owner rude behaviour as he said what agoda booked that's none of our business, it's my property and my rules. 5. So called breakfast will be provided at 10.30 am minimum. No matter u have to go out for work at 8 am. 6. TV broken and not working,while complaint to change Owner rude behaviour again, I will not change as you will checkout in 1 night. 7. I belive this hotel might suitable for 2hour room service for couples only and not for family. 8. Strongly oppose such behaviour from hotel staff and disrespectful attitude. 9. Never again stay with any fab hotels and never book with agoda. 10. Bathroom wall is partly visible made of plastic. Like u can feel nude body of person inside using washroom. Shameful for kids with parents.

Little better. But not up to the mark. Service is worst. Rooms are good but bedsheets are not cleaned. If we purchase online the treetment is not good. For food 3very time they say the kitchen is closed.

Beds are wrapped in plastic which makes it uncomfortable to sleep also when asked for help , reception denied and asked for extra charges to resolve and also delayed service for beverages, highly unrecomendable.

well, when it's about looking for a hotel, the first choice is always fabhotel cause of in every city they have good locations and nice room's and good service and price to. it was my 5th time I was booking fabhotel.
