Oyo and the hotel management did us dirty, first they confirmed our reservation and then when we reached the hotel the manager said that our rooms were not reserved and the hotel didn't confirm our reservation. It's very hard for people to find another room after travelling for 10-12 hrs. Oyo has disappointed me so much! Then the manager said that we have to pay extra money to get that rooms that were already booked by us cheap tactics! All over the experience is horrible so never book from oyo again! Seriously every cheap of you all " oyo "!
The worst kind of hotel you can possibly book! We booked through oyo and the rooms were confirmed by the hotel management, but upon reaching they said that we didn't have any reservation! What nonsense is this ? They were the ones who confirmed it in the first place and then upon reaching they say there is no room left? Later after some headed conversation they said we can give you the rooms but you have to pay extra money for the same rooms that were booked online? Then what's the point of booking online after price comparisons? we contacted oyo customer service and we were told that they were trying to reach out to the hotel management but the hotel manager wasn't picking up the phone. And to my surprise after some time we overheard them saying that if a call comes from oyo just say that the ACs ain't working in 2 rooms?? What kind of CHEAP TACTIC is this? If you don't want to roam around in the streets even after reservation then please don't book this hotel. And I'm not the only one who went through this the reviews and rating says a lot!

Bathroom was gross. In amenities they said geyser and ac also included.whatsoever geyser was not working...no service from hotel personnel... electricity was not there for atleast 6 hours..such a pathetic experience.
One of the worst hotels in Kolkata. Service is not only poor but miserable. After check-in I found they didn't change the bedsheet and pillow cover after departure of the prior guests. They refused to change it. AC doesn't function properly. So I had to leave the room immediately as I found it very unhygienic. The room was totally damped and the washroom was not cleaned properly. Not recommended at all.
It is afake Capital O OYO. I don't recommend to go to this hotel. The room is dirty with broken toilet ceiling. No toileteries were provided, bedsheets were dirty and there were wierd stains on wall. Kindly see the photos for proof. The hotel lobby had ciggerette butts littered. They just had put nice pictures on OYO website , OYO has been now started cheating their customers.
