Room was very dirty and small. They didn't provide any toiletries or towel not even a water bottle was there. I had to clean the bathroom myself. At last, when I asked to check out at 11:30 pm, I saw that the shutter was down and the guy on reception rudely asked, "Is it the time to checkout" after that he confirmed with someone and then opened the shutter. Positives:- 1. I did 3 hours early check in and they didn't charge any money for that. 2. Wifi and AC was working properly
