Toilet not that clean, toiletries missing...
Cleanliness not upto the mark...no kettle provided..

No bathstool ...didn't like the attitude of the management when complained about the toilets...
Overall a very average experience ...
-Room was/is good. Location is good.
-Fan was not working.
-Knob of point from where tap water changed to shower was missing, hence had to sit on floor and bathe.
- morning tea wasn't available in morning till 8am.

Good hospitality and decent in-house food make for a good stay. The rates are reasonable, offering good value. However, there's a parking issue, you have to struggle real hard for finding the parking. Unfortunately, the breakfast served is subpar.
Rooms are bit small generally but again with the price and location they are justifiable.
Service is totally outstanding they help you with every request and try to make your stay better.
Only problem with the hotel is that they didn't allow outside food in their premises as they recommend their own food which is okay but not outstanding.
However it didn't create any issues for me.
Overall my stay was great and would recommend this hotel of single or couple travellers
I love this place the rooms is good and also their is card systems in All Rooms but the staffs. The room service staff is good but the staff the sits on the counter is very bad they speak rudely to us but the rooms is good .
Clean rooms, amazing food and Fast room service, .... staff is genuinely polite. It's perfect.
