FabHotel Eleanora - Hotel in Newtown, Kolkata - Hotel in New Town - 24 Paraganas North, India

Very poor service of the receptionist. He is an arrogant and greedy lad. Doesn't know to treat a guest. Condition of the room was just below the level of worse. No television facility, no mosquito repellent. Inspite of multiple requests they didn't facilitate. This would be my last attempt to book a room in this hotel

1st of all it's not a hotel, it's simply an apartment which has 0(ZERO) maintenance. Staff behavior is worst, no politeness, no professionalism. They are showing themselves so premium in the travel apps and google but in real they are just opposite of it. They are taking so much tariff and offering a hand written register. Location is good but has no point of it.

My stay at FabHotel Eleanora Inn was an overall unpleasant and disappointing experience. I recently stayed at FabHotel Eleanora Inn in New Town, Kolkata, and I must say it was an extremely disappointing experience. The hotel and its services were well below the mark, and I feel compelled to share my honest feedback. Firstly, the hotel lacked proper staff, and there was no cook available during my stay. I had booked a room with breakfast included, but to my dismay, they were unable to provide it due to the absence of a cook. When I requested the hotel owner for an alternative solution, her response was unexpectedly rude. She outright asked us to vacate the premises. Furthermore, the room itself was far from satisfactory. It was unclean and did not meet even the basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially for my family. Additionally, there were issues with the water supply, adding to the list of inconveniences during our stay. I strongly advise against staying at FabHotel Eleanora Inn in New Town, Kolkata. My experience was disheartening, and I would like to caution others to avoid this hotel. It's worth noting that this hotel is registered with FabHotel, but my experience has led me to question their standards as well. Personally, I will not be choosing FabHotel in the future, and I recommend others to explore alternative accommodations in the area.

If I could give rating in minus I would've done that by paying fees to Google. Owner is so pathetic, I can't imagine how can someone be soo dumb, brainless and mannerless . She only needs money from guest, No service No politeness, apko itni bhi samjh nahi hai ki guest ke sath kaise behave karte hai and you're running a hospitality business. Same on you. You threw my 20k worth parcel by just saying that guest has checkout our hotel. At the time of checkout I've clearly mentioned that I'll be collecting my parcel tomorrow. You couldn't hold my small parcel for 24 hrs. This kind of experience is not even worth a rupee. You'll be out of business in a year with this attitude, this is not your kitchen it's a business. Have a responsibility towards your guest.

It's not a hotel.. it's a lodge or u can say it's guest house.... Bedding are too dirty....as washroom also.... Please avoid to make a booking if you want to stay in hotel..... Don't believe at displayed photo on Google of the room completely different....

Very bad place to stay at . Staff was very illmannered. I suggest not to book this property. The boy in the reception must be removed immediately. He even doesn't know how to talk to a lady. Room condition was very poor with dirty spots on the walls

Breakfast not provided although it was mentioned it's included. The tap of bathroom was not ok. The front desk person was cordial and friendly that was the only good thing during my stay

If you are unfortunate and don't have any other place to stay, then only consider opting for this place. The person named Soumodep Dutta is a scamster. I mistakenly paid Rs 2500 instead of Rs 250, and I politely requested him to return the money. However, he refused, claiming that he hadn't received the money. After I went to the police, he admitted that he had received the money but only returned Rs 1000. So, if you choose to stay there, stay away from Soumodep Dutta.
