The hotel is ok for an overnight stay if you're finding some place to rest but the location is horrible and you hardly find any transport services there. I had a tough time finding a cab to my location The staff however is polite, helpful and good so it compensates for the cons

I have been here for almost 10days.. it was a nice hotel in viman nagar .. very well maintained except for their lock system.. as their latch was not working properly I gave 4star .. Food is amazing.. they provide different breakfast each day with variety.. Staff was supportive n obedient.. place is located at near to airforce base camp .. very quiet n beautiful place..

The hotel has a very strange policy that they need to take a photo of the guest. I asked repeatedly how the photo was going to be used and was told it was for the C form and it was VERY important. I have been in India for 3 months already and have stayed at multiple hotels and have never been asked for a photo. After talking with the general manager on the phone, I agreed to the photo if I could see them use it for their form and then watch them delete the photo. He relayed this information to the desk staff. I had the photo taken and then asked to see them upload the form and then delete the photo (as was agreed). She then told me that it wasn't possible. They already have a copy of my passport and my visa, the additional photo is only their policy. I do not feel comfortable with someone having this photo in their system. As for the rooms, they are large, but not quite clean and smelled. It seems they let guests smoke in the rooms. It was quiet though, which can be difficult to find in India. The breakfast was sufficient.

With the kind of price this hotel offers, it is a steal deal. You get an AC room which could have been cleaned better but for the price of 600 per night it is manageable. The staff is helpful and prompt. Near the Hotel is Ganesh Mandir Chowk sprawling with food joints and all other amenities close by. Phoenix Marketplace mall is at a walking distance. For a low price of 600 the place is worth every penny you pay. Go there if you are on a budget.

It is a good hotel. The staff is very nice and always ready to help. We came twice to this hotel and always had great experience. Clean room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Near it is another fab Hotel (FabExpress Lunkad Heritage), expend a bit money more and come better to this one.

Hygiene is good. Service is good.

Good hotel for cost effective stay. Close to major locations and amenities in Viman Nagar. Its a small hotel with limited facilities and more self service oriented. The staff behaviour is courteous. You can experience jammed door or leaking taps. However, its expected in a low budget hotel.

This is a good property strategically located near the Pune Airport. Just a 10 minutes drive from the airport and this is at the heart of Viman Nagar. Phoenix Market City is just a stone throw away distance from here. Rooms are clean and the staff here are very courteous. It's economically priced and certainly a decent place to stay.
