We booked the room yesterday however we wanted to extend for one day and owner told me that don't extend room from Fabapp come to reception directly we will give you discount of 100rs on online charge. I went to reception and showed them that i applying all coupns the amount is approx 1300 and they told me to pay 1500 else checkout . After that they make changes in the fab app and all the rooms were sold out. Owner was saying fab is doing something wrong how they can sell their rooms at X prices. I told them that this is not my fault they called the fab person and asked them to raise the fair and all those. After having a heating conversion between me and staff i left the checked out. Even though after leaving they asked me to pay 150 rs for waterbottel. I asked for bill as they we selling bottel at the price of 30 which was costly then market rates and also no complimentary bottel was provided. In nutshell in the middle of my working hours i have to switch to another fab hotel. Over room is good but don't trust the words of owner or any staff and try to buy water bottels from market and book the rooms from applications online and Don't payanything directly in form of cash of upi there

Not at all happy with the stay at this hotel. As soon as I entered the room the bedsheet were not in good condition.. comforters were dusty , pillow covers had stains.. i had to change all but the housekeeping saud they dont have extra comforters.. also they have only 1 pillow. After few requests thet changed my room. The other room was ok.. but Basic things were missing like toiletries. Toilet door didn't had lock. I had to ask 5 time for an extra towel. Management needs to look into all this things.

Horrible staff don't have scene to talk to customer have lots of attitude first of all not educated all guys are cheap dadagiri bahout karte h khudko smart samjhte Jo ki hai nhi eventhough owner bhi worst hai Puri hotel empty hoti h worthless of paying 2k they scam alot please don't go in this hotel and I wish jald se jald ye hotel close ho Jaye usse acha Oyo hai this guys thinks they are working in 5 stars 1 star ka b hotel nahi h everyone including owner is cheap n low standard man ye layki hai inki

Worst hotel and staffs are more worst and even owner is cheap don't have respect to talk to customer one of my worst hotel I have stayed I suggest no to go in this cheap n worst hotel in viman Nagar not worth for one star also but bikari logo ko bhik de Diya

We had booked a room for morning 5AM . The hotel staff said they didnt get informed about this from the booking person and we have to stay in a unhygienic reception till 12 . Its disgusting

Room number 403 , geyzer hamesha band hota hai, always ask and confirm before check inn

1. Towel not provided on time, towel not washed & used towel was given. 2. AC cooling was not there, only blower was running whole night

The room was better , but washroom was stinking and shower was broken Service was very slow Wont suggest you to stay
