1 Terrible because we do not have any service in the room and no person available in the hotel for any service and hence we want 100% refund for these booking and person has 400 rs extra which was not returned back.
Very bad experience I would not recommend anybody to stay at fab hotel desire bcoz whatever you promised I didn't got there for eg they charged me including breakfast but they didn't provided me any of the day breakfast
