Didn't like: 1. We found bed bugs in the bed and cockroches in the room. I suggested the hotel person to have the pest control done but didn't find him much interested in that. 2. Bathroom accessories were defective. 3. Bathroom was too small. Liked: 1. Location is very near to the airport and the hotel is in the market place surrounded by many shops. 2. The food was delicious.
It was room minus a decent washroom. It was hotel minus hospitality The reception was rude and inflexible and accommodating any terms. Claimed restaurant was minus food and have very very strict timings.. They even don't believe guests ever need a tea in morning hours. I have decided to avoid once for all your services. We happened to stay at the Fab Hotel Day2Day at Indore, for a night. we chose the same for its location. Hardly 10 minutes to the airport in the morning. The room was very spacious and clean. The service was good. A decent stay for short travels / business visits.
I kindly request everyone to refrain from choosing this particular hotel prioritizing your safety and well-being. Our distressing experience exposed a significant lapse in security, as we were denied accommodation due to religious differences. This incident occurred despite booking through Fab hotels, even after talking to the fab customer service and escalation team they also left us without the necessary support and assistance to address the discrimination nor the security concern.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Downtown(L).

Receptionist is so arrogant. washroom is so small ....Even after booking of a deluxe double bed room they didn't allow my other family member..... they charged extra for the same.....I never suggest to stay in this hotel.
