The front desk staff was rude . The rooms had smoking smell one room was okie one room had the smoking smell rest all was fine . The staff was one rude guy did not even ve comensense how to talk to a Customer . I was like can't shift hotels as I ve paid 5k in advance . Main thing is they don't ve a car park . And it is a 3star hotel .!

The rooms are very small. And the bed is soooo bad. We can feel the spring of the matress( they are extremely thin) Plus the bedsheets are dirty, they are yellow uk colour. No complimentary toiletries are also available!!!!

Worst place. Breakfast not sufficient. No room cleaning on a daily basis. Also bed & towels are worst. You will get backpain for sure.

The room I booked, I think, was the smallest Barely any room to move. The bathroom stank of pee. The staff were arguing extremely loud and it got scary. Wouldn't recommend the place for women traveling alone. Location of the hotel is good though

Front desk staffs speaking rudly. They provided dirty and torned bath towels. Broken Switch board.Totally bad experience never recommended to any one even my enemy Front desk (reception) staff very arrogant doesn't know howvto behave guest. When enter to room#401 bad smell all around. They provided torned towels and even not cleaned. We stayed two days the staff not bothered to change towels. Our second room TV not working and even there is no remote. Really worst experience, I am a frequent traveller never experienced like in our stay Fab hotels, Koramangla (6th and 7th July 2023) Regards Lonappan

For this money, fecility should have been better. People are good but not msintained well. Bedsheets not cleaned regularly atleast when new customs checkin. Not worth for money. No bath towel provided.

Pls don't book this Room They're cheating the customer, I have paid 2800 Rs for one night Room size is 50 sqf . If enter the we need luy in the bed ( room size and bed size are same ) Toilet is not clear Room is not clear Tv is not working because,they not even recharge the tata sky. Room service is today waste Reception guy he act like the owner of the hotel . Breakfast is compliment for me two slize of bread and two doses from refrigerator & keeping in microwave and giving Total Cheating this guys Pls don't book this

Didnt like the room . Staff not responding fast. Phone was not working in room if your want to order or any room service ,you have to walk to reception from room. Overall bad experience.
