Fabhotel collecting 10% before booking online, and then we go for room key they asking again full payment and they said we have no online booking. Please check this before you're booking these type all hotels they collecting extra from us
Location is good. Room is decent. Pricing is OK. Mosquitoes are too much and unbearable.
DO NO TRUST THE BOOKING OF THIS HOTEL, it's simply first come first served and this is not even a Fab hotel and upon arriving they simply Said they are fully booked
Booked hotel room through Oyo app. Hotel is bit deep inside from the main road, so commuting may be a problem.
Upon reaching, hotel people denied check-in saying for the amount which I have booked in Oyo is very less and should pay extra bucks for alotting a room. I was taken aback from their conditions. Didn't argue with them as i was in a hurry.
So I sincerely suggest travellers to not choose this hotel for online booking, as they may change their terms and conditions after reaching the hotel.
*** Message to the hotel management : Do business with professionalism and ethics. People are travelling from far distance and coming to your hotel and you just don't care about them, you just simply deny check-in.

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
