I have stayed almost 3 times, Overall had a good experience Pro's: 1) Room are always good & clean 2) In residential area, with calm and pleasant stay 3) Sufficient Car & bike parking available Cons: 1) Proper Food is not available 2) Slightly interior place, need to go by auto/bike/car 3) Prices are high
The management of this hotel, in collaboration with FabHotels, has engaged in unethical practices. I made a reservation for a 5-night, 4-day stay with breakfast included. The breakfast service was supposed to be available from 8 AM to 10 AM. However, the hotel staff failed to provide breakfast until 8:30 AM. Due to my work commitments , I had to leave by 8:30AM so I request the cancellation of my breakfast and a refund for the corresponding amount. Initially, both the receptionist and FabHotels agreed to this request. However, after nearly 20 days have passed, they are now claiming that a refund is not possible because I requested breakfast before the specified time. This is utterly unacceptable. FabHotels, BY ADHERING TO SUCH WORNG POLICIES/BEHAVIOUR, YOU MAY HAVE SAVED A FEW HUNDREADS, BUT YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER WHO COULD HAVE GENERATED THOUSANDS IN FUTURE BUSINESS .
Very good service, had amount of sunlight in the room, good ventilation. AC was little noisy but ok. Separating walls are I believe little small. I could hear the snoring like noise from outside or from other room even it was fully closed.
Budget hotel with very clean rooms ... Rooms are a bit small but cosy and clean ... 24 hours Hot water ... All equipment in good condition
If you are looking to have some reasonable accommodation for bachelors near bagmane tech park in CV Raman nagar, go for it But this place has challenge with food, no taste, no hot water kettle in rooms. Restaurants have less options for breakfast that too is not unlimited.
Tv was not working in my room so i got it changed. I another room also tv remote was not working. They don't have everything written on the menu.
While booking I saw that Parking was available. It was misleading since I was actually parking on the road, in wet weather. Otherwise the stay was pretty good, and the staff were very effective
Very nice budget hotel. Rooms are clean, with basic amenities. Staff is also supportive.
