If you're considering booking a room here, think twice - this place is only suitable for the uneducated and illiterate people. My stay at FabHotel Bee Town was a regrettable decision. The staff members are deceiving, they have zero credibility & respect for their customers. They don't know to be respectful and polite. Even when I asked them to serve the sizzler at the restaurant they said it's not our duty. Very indifferent and arrogant staff, this place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. Save yourself the agony and look elsewhere for accommodations in Indore. Your peace of mind is worth more than the nightmare that awaits at FabHotel Bee Town.

Exclusively for the Uneducated: This Hotel seems to cater exclusively to the uneducated and illiterate. The ambiance reeks of negligence, and the staff's overall demeanor reflects a complete disregard for basic hospitality standards. 2. Nightmarish Hygiene Standards: The rooms at FabHotel Bee Town were a breeding ground for all sorts of pests. Cockroaches, bed bugs, and an abundance of dust and dirt greeted me upon entering. The lack of proper maintenance was evident, and it felt like the housekeeping staff has never ever performed their duties altogether. 3. Filthy Linens: The linens provided were nothing short of a horror show. Bedsheets, blankets, and pillow covers were not just unclean; they were downright filthy. Stains and spots are clearly visible on these so-called "clean" linens, leaving me questioning the hotel's commitment to basic hygiene. 4. AC Unit Neglect: The air conditioning unit in my room was a dust haven. It seemed like it had never seen the light of a cleaning cloth. A thick layer of dust and dirt had accumulated, seemingly undisturbed for an eternity. Breathing in the air circulated by this was a health hazard in itself. 5. Bathroom Woes: The bathroom was no exception to the horror that unfolded in other areas of the room. The Bucket & Mug provided for use was, without a doubt, dirtier than the streets outside. A clear indication that cleanliness is not a Top priority at FabHotel Bee Town. 6. Arrogance Beyond Belief: The cherry on top of this disastrous experience was the arrogant attitude of the Hotel Manager. Not only did he shown an attitude of superiority, but they also demanded AADHAAR as an ID Proof for my Child, a completely unnecessary and intrusive request making the check-in process an ordeal in itself. 7. Customer Relations Ignorance: It is crucial for the Hotel Manager to realize that their livelihood depends on the satisfaction of their customers. The arrogance displayed is not only unprofessional but also demonstrates a complete ignorance of the fact that customers are the lifeblood of any business.

I booked hotel due to location as it was close to my destination of work. I found hotel rooms were not clean and having dust over tv cables and around bed corners and table drawers. Even after high charges of 2200 per day, towels were worn out with threads coming out and bathroom essentials were not provisioned. Room ac was not having clean filters and giving out humid air. Windows were deliberately kept open by staff to allow some oxygen from outside. Booking cancellation was not allowed as I was looking for early checkout after 1 day while booking was for 2 days. Certainly not a value for money. Moreover room service can't be called as room phone was not working . Reception numbers are not shared if you want to contact hotel, instead you need to calm fabhotels customer care who are trained not to help because it's not their policy.

Very poor is the word for this hotel. No proper room service. No water in the room. No TV working. Bed back side is stinking. Linen is of very poor quality. No synchronization between reception and room service. Room lights are very dull. No tea saches, no slippers available in room. Overall a very poor state. Not at all recommended for single guests and definitely not for families.

Everything was nice, two thing I noticed could be better one catle should be placed in rooms so that visiters can drink hot waters, last thing hotel located 4 to 5 km outer of the city.

Decent Hotel for a Wedding Function I recently attended a wedding function at Bee Town Hotel, and I had a decent experience. The staff was courteous, and the ambiance of the hotel was lovely. However, there were a few things that could have been better. Firstly, the room where the wedding function was held seemed small for the number of guests in attendance. The space felt cramped and congested at times. Additionally, the sound system could have been better to ensure that the guests could hear the speeches and music correctly. As for the food, it was just okay. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, it wasn't anything exceptional that would make me recommend the hotel to others for the food alone. Overall, Bee Town Hotel is a decent option for individuals looking to host a wedding function. While there is room for improvement in terms of the size of the event space and sound system, the hotel's beautiful ambiance and courteous staff make up for these shortcomings. However, if you're looking for exceptional food, this may not be the best option for you.

3rd Class service and Hotel Call service response is so disgusting. Do not book this hotel. Poor quality of people they have. Even they don't know how to attending or take care of Customer's and his concerns.
