Water tank is so small that they have to fill up the tank 4 times in morning alone and one fill takes upto 1 hour. Yes wait one hour just to have a bath. Washrooms didn't have handwash shampoo not even a soap was there. Not satisfied.
This is one of the worst experiences I never recommend this hotel to anyone, I booked this hotel online and on that same day in the morning they called me like hi sir when are you comming n all and then when I visited they said sorry sir rooms are not available, like what the hell, never gonna visit this type of cheep hotel
The hotel is situated at mid City, rates are high compression to others. This is situated near the hospital. Staff are well behaved. Food service is also there and the test is awesome. The room is also up to the mark and very clean. Lift is also there. Parking is a big issue here. No rush here islay can book the room at any time.
The worst service ever had.The staffs are very lazy.Whenever i asked for something they used to treat like as i am staying for free over there.
When i asked them to toast the bread the staff said that the toaster is under repair and they are going to repair it only during peak season time.Very unprofessional behaviour they had.Although i had a MAP plan they charged me extra for dinner.They are very greedy to make money.
Rooms are pathetic and smelly.The toilets are dirty and curtains are like God knows they ever washed them or not.
Little more attention required frim the management on toilet cleanliness. Bed linens became old enough and time to change. Breakfast area in the terrace definitely and immediately requires a deep cleaning, throw out unwanted, repair equipment, clean table and chairs.
