Service was great, no complaints what so ever. The only concern was room hygiene. Cockroaches all over the place and most of the lights didnt work. They charged me 1900 per night and it was overrated for the cost. Could go with 900 per night, nothing more.
This is typical budget hotel. Tiny rooms, dingy furniture... just about functional n spartan. A place to shower n sleep. The location is great as it's convenient to get on the go. Has a pub above the highest floor which gets really noisey when they move furniture there in the night. Manageable if you're in a budget, avoidable if you're looking for a bit more comfort. Better places available now.
I was there to freshen up to leave for a meeting. Spent just 3 hrs at the hotel. Good for an overnight stay if you're traveling.
Very very Poor Rooms . No Proper Room service . They charged more for extending the time slot . Water leaks in toilet . You could'nt sleep peacefully at night because of the noise in roof top bar . Also they offer Breakfast as complimentary with very bad food varieties . Went with my child for some buisness stay and I could say it is the poorest of all. Strongly advise not to got for it and choose some other better options.
The first floor rooms are really spacious and good..2nd and 3rd floor sucks..not hygiene.. the reason why I mentioned as 1st floor as I stayed in the same hotel for more than 3 times in the 1st floor..no value for money..requested for refund but denied
Rooms are not good as per the price range,no windows , small space, newly painted, smelling a lot,room service was good, but charged 30/- for water bottles of m.r.p 20/-, breakfast was good, need to improve staying experience.
The staff is very professional & accommodating. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and proper. Highly recommend for the cost in HSR Layout.
Worst customer service. No basic amenities available in the room. Too much noise from the roof restaurant. Rooms were too small for the tariff paid. Even dental kits were chargeable. Had a unpleasant stay there.
