When you book hotels via FabHotel, they confirm free breakfast. But the hotel denies it. It happened twice now. I booked it via Agoda the first time and then via FabHotel app. Both times with breakfast but the hotel denied it both times. I am not sure who is to blame but it is not a good experience for the customer.
Room was well managed and is same as provided in pictures of fabhotel app .. location is good ... everything was perfect ... timely served food .. staff behaviour was nice ... according to price it is perfect ...fabhotels are far better than Oyo services .
There was no electricity at hotel. The hotel owner behaved rudely. He said that they can provide torch for light and need of electricity for charging mobile/laptop is secondary.
This hotel is tiedup with fabhotels whose customer service dont even know how to treat their customers, "Pathetic service" ,they book a hotel room for you n when you reach the hotel after making the payment, they say no rooms are available, never ever trust these guys ,they send payment link within 10 seconds n for refund you need to followup n wait for a week ,I was left stranded at 3 0'clock in midnight with no where to go ....never ever book fabhotels
No saftey at all unfit for stay power was intreupred early in the morning if fire breaks out people will loose lives . Nil fire saftey .
The stay at Hotel Anandam was fabulous. Rooms were neat & clean. Service was good. Breakfast was tasty. Everything was very fine.

The hotel room is good . Room service was good. Toilet was little dirty. The ceiling had leakage ,because of it moldy. Also gave us free shampoo , soap, hair oil. Good for one night stay.
