I had a great experience during my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every possible way they could. If you are planning to staying in Amritsar I would suggest to consider the stay.
Horrible experience from Checkin till check out, TV was not recharged, Rooms were totally dusty and very small, Very minimum toilteries. One room booked extra mistakenly and there was no cooperation at all by the hotel to do something around it, at the end we have pay for all three rooms. They are charging even for water which is complementary in any other hotel, they will just give you one bottle per room and if you ask for more it will be charged. Switch boards were damaged for e.g. in room 301 there were no fan regulator, i had to call reception everytime if i want to decrease or increase the fan speed. Overall they will not leave a single penny for anything which is not upto the mark, but will not work on improve their service. There are many good hotels in this area, therefore this can be avoided untill they improve their services.

Love this place. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Amritsar! Liked * Probably the most comfortable place that I've stayed in my two and a half months of travel throughout India. Shout out to amit sharma manager for helping me get the food I wanted ordered to the hotel, giving me directions towards places I wanted to go and making sure there was a bab lined up for me when it was time to roll out.
Fabulous stay. Enjoyed a lot with hassle free. Thanks to aman bro who helped me hear to see local sight seeing and explained about what is special in each place. Never forget this stay.
I stayed as a group in May 2023. Rooms were decent and clean. Linen could be better. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. Staff was courteous and friendly. Location is a little inside from the main GT road and approach could have been better. Parking was on the road which was a little inconvenient. Overall experience was good and I would recommend this hotel.
