Completely Robbed: Booked on Fab Hotels website in the last minute for a friend. Was charged 1725/-. On reaching the hotel the person in the reception said how can you book online when no rooms are available and denied. My friend left to another hotel. Spoke to customer care for refund. He spoke to receptionist and said rooms are available. Initially they showed one room they have not used in years. I mentioned the same with customer service. For refund they wanted my friend to go back take photos and email them. If my friend goes back will they allow to take pictures. So lost 1725/- with Fab Hotels. I will not recommend AK Grand and even Fab chain of hotels. Friend don't lose your money with these cheaters

DO NOT BOOK ON FAB online. they will not accept/ Go for offline booking. Rooms are good.

Average hotel with service. Room service here is the worst, the staffs r not co-operative, n the receptionist doesn't pick calls. The room is filled with cockroach. They don't clean the room properly n ask for keys n leave the room all alone to clean the room. The bedsheets here is not cleaned n contains a lot of hairs. Staffs argue a lot with the people who r living in the room. They pick fights and say that they have cleared all the wastes n cleaned up but they haven't done anything. The price of the room is so much high for this worst servicing. I would recommend that pls don't come to this room.. pls think 1000 times about staying here in this hotel.

Too costly, 200+ /- for a normal biryani, need to buy water bottle for cool water, apart from that, the taste was ok. The sitting was pleasant as well.we were served even after the shop was almost closed, so the crew was pretty customer friendly.

Booked three rooms for two nights to accommodate visiting families. The rooms, including bathrooms, were very clean. We only used the rooms for sleeping so cannot comment daytime atmosphere. The staff were receptive and adequate. Very good for rs.2000 and under range rooms. Would definitely book again if they are able to maintain the cleanliness.

This is only for online orders, I have ordered from swiggy and for 220 rs just see the quantity. My suggestion don't order online they are looting us. I have this experience earlier from same restaurant . NOTE - I have used promo code . Quantity differs whenever I place orders using and without using promo codes.

Dirty rooms. Torn bedsheets. Very old linen. Lizards and cockroaches in the rooms. Arrogant staff. Lights, intercom, WiFi will not work.
