The rooms are neat. Lenin provided were very dirty. Please carry your own towels. Very near to the main road. Easy access for smaller cars. Parking is very limited. It is an apartment altered to room. No sound insulation at all in rooms

THIS IS NOT A 3-STAR HOTEL. Don't go with much expectations. The rooms are quite small and can accommodate 2 people. I still feel that 4k for two rooms was a bit too much as the rooms are very basic. This is not so bad either. You get covered parking and the location is superb. The room boys were prompt in service. I would go for this if it were the last option available. You'll get much better hotels for another 500 extra (per room) in the same location.

Its been told that break fast included. But breakfast will be served at 8 a.m While booking its been said that we have a kitchen and all. But in reality they not even warm my break fast while checking out. Overall experience was not good.

The look outside is deceiving. It's not a hotel. It's housed in a narrow lane building between residential houses. But it is also just 100 meters from the main road. There is a lift. The staff are courteous. Once inside the room you will be comfortable with good bed, AC, luggage storing space, 24 hours hot water facility and reasonably clean. For the money paid in this locality you can't expect a star hotel Comfort. Overall I felt it's value for money.

It is very good. Worth your money. Bedsheets are clean. Bathroom is clean. AC ,TV are all working fine. Breakfast is very nice. Nothing to complain . It is accessible easily to all places. I had a great time. Prof Srikanth Vasireddy

Neatness and cleanliness was well maintained...this is apartment converted to hotel...the sofa/sitting area is common...room (even Superior double room) is just 1 studio room with bathroom...no personal sitting area. Room had ac, wifi and TV had basic/free channels only Location also is at the foothills/entrance to Tirupati, away from major traffic/crowd Breakfast was basic with just 3 items (2 items i.e. idly and Vada always constant) and sambar/chutney was quite spicy...tea/coffee is chargeable (even if u take free breakfast) Overall above average hotel with basic amenities...good for short 2-3 days stay only

Worst hotel I have ever stayed not worth of the price In fact it's not hotel, it's just a old appartment which is converted into hotel. Very small room with unhygienic bathroom, staf behaviour was not welcoming. They asked to pay extra amount for late check-out but did not provide any bill.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please Fab hotel give your staff awards!
