Not bad some rooms are extremely bad and some are okay

Nothing regarding the hotel is heart warming. Location is at the outcurse from the city. Hotel rooms are Okay. I have assigned a room which had no LED TV, later after complain changed to a room where bathroom door can not be locked from inside. There is no exhaust in the bathroom. Cleanliness outside the room including corridor was horrible. Food quality is very poor. Behaviour at the reception was unacceptable, when complaining about the dust and insects at the corridor, the answer we get where we need to stay corridor/room. Moreover they charged Rs/350 for early check in, which is not usual at FAB Hotels. I will never recomend.

The hotel is newly constructed, rooms are clean BUT there is inadequate staff and by inadequate I mean there is just one or two person for reception and housekeeping. No EAPBX for room service, no water treatment system for filtering the salty water. This is fine example of pure chaos. Although it is perfect if you want to crash for one night and you don't want someone to disturb you.

Don't believe the 5 star reviews they're from... You know the hotel management. I found the rooms above average for a price of Rs1500/- . I've been in the hotel for 4 days and occupied it before it's actual opening ceremony. The rooms are no doubt clean but the bathrooms were not good. Taps were leaking, heck my room 201 didn't even had a functional shower. The only saving grace of this hotel was the manager mr. Sharma. Had he not been there I would have rated this 1 star

Worst. I would never suggest anyone to stay there. Room service was very bad. I ordered my dinner at 9:15 pm & they told that it would be served within 45 mins. Till 11 o'clock in the night it didn't served us. In breakfast they only have 'Poori & Bhaji'. I don't think that it did not worth the money.

Worst service ever. Dealy in food no response of calls by reception. Didn't fulfill their comments of extra bedding. Don't want to come here again. Worst experience ever, good looking only on website. Location is worst and service also. Kindly seek some other if you want to stay in Mathura.

Worst service given by aakarshan paradise, i called room service to manage broken cotten, called for lunch and lunch came in 90 min and at morning i called room service for breakfast, he told me within 10 min breakfast will be ready , i go for breakfast after 40 min and he told me breakfasg is not ready, please wait 30-35 min more . Will never recommand to any one. Be aware from this type of hotel who took mony only and not provide and service.

It's a newly built hotel but still there this doesn't seems like. There is alot of problem in rooms and even their is no hygiene. Staff is helpful and polite in nature but there is delay in food service. Even the quality of food is also upto the mark.
