Room Quality is good, but survice is very poor. There is to telephone in the room. Breakfast quality is very poor. For one day stay it's manageable but for long stay it's tough.
Didn't like the way the staff was. Very laid-back and had to be repetitive to get something done. Bathroom of 205 was not properly built all the water gathers on one side makes it very slippery and no proper accessories in it. Not recommending this
Not Good place to stay. 1. Not a proper bathroom equipments 2. No Generator, at night no AC, no fans because of light load shedding. 3. Breakfast not given on time . After waiting for 1:30 hour we left without having breakfast.
Nice decent hotel for your stay in kharghar..the staff is very good in terms of service and hospitality...loved the communication with the reception staff ..they guided to the best near by restaurant when I asked it..they shared their own experience in those restaurants...all praises for the good staff and good hotel
service was average by all standards and amount charged for a day...there was no internet in the room...tv was not functioning...there were no battery in the remote provided for ac... equally curtains were so short in length that outsiders can view in the room easily...the lift was there but was not functioning...if u r staying on 2nd floor every time u need to go up and down by stairs... charging Rs 2500 for a day and providing this kind of service is unacceptable.. highly recommended not to stay in this hotel by this price
Pathetic to say the least. Smells of urine all over, no service at all. Not even drinking water , badly dressed staff ,giving stares Absolutely third class. Would have given negative if there was an option . Stay at your own risk there is no safety at all. No one will know if ur looted or killed also here .
Do not book here if you come here as a family. Horrible place to stay at. Smells like cigarettes and not clean and very dirty. Staffs are rude and careless. I would not recommend to anyone
