FabExpress Vajrakila - Hotel in Gangtok - East District, India

1) The rooms has no proper Washroom doors , the Doors Do NOT close properly, when I have told the staff they took it very lightly... Response time is very slow... 2)During check in the rooms were already opened with no Keys, with the specific key power to the rooms were OFF, had to wait for a full 45min to get this sorted!, But still the room has no proper key to close the room ! The owner said he will send the key, yet not recieved, for safety of the room You Can NOT lock the room at this stage. 3) Rooms have a very bad smell... Which is not very welcoming... 4) FOOOD SERVED TO ME HAD A FRIED BUG ON THE PLATE ! DISGUSTING, WHEN REPORTED TO THE OWNER HE SAID IT'S NOT OUR MISTAKE.. The owner of the place started to argue with me when I told him I am going to put across an honest review so that in future people can understand and planning their booking accordingly. Highly unprofessional behaviour telling me that i am great and all such comments.... Disgusting behaviour, I WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, NEVER EVER COME TO THIS PLACE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LIFE I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED AND I WILL GIVE A - 100 RATING TO THIS PLACE

We have visited Gangtok for the second time and this time we stayed in Hotel Vajrakilla. The scenic beauty from the balcony attached with our room is just amazing. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained as well as beautifully decorated. The toilets are also clean, big in size with 24 hours hot and cold water supply. The staffs are really really cooperative and helpful and provide all sorts of services with smiling face. The cooperation and support we have got from the management is really commendable and praiseworthy. A heartfelt thanks to Anjali ma'am and Arindam sir.

Stayed few nights recently, clean room,very clean toilet, just to mention,food is very tasty which is rare in majority of the same range hotel. Highly recommended

Totally negative. The room is : bad The service is : bad Location of hotel : worst Office staff : too bad to understand your view Meal policy : too bad Even a govt lodge is better then the hotel. Only place which is good is Reception. After reading this comment. If you choose this hotel. Then god must help you Even the front road is too bad . hope i would have been able to share the other photos too. To show how bad the rooms and locations and services are. Make it helpful if you suffered at this place.

One of the best review in Gangtok. It is coming up with new and renovated rooms with the best ambience and facilities. Service is one of its own kind..I mean you will get a personalized and best hospitality here. I recommend this hotel to everyone and specially to the family travellers.

Big rooms, beautiful view, nice amenities, travel desk is cooperative . Suggest to book the front room and enjoy the awesome weather of hills. food is tasty and on time. Disappointed for Sikkim Road . Government should take care of roads. Recomended for visitors.

- Positive : 2 kms away from MG road, Big cars can move till hotel, food is good - Negative : We had taken 3 rooms of which only 1 room had Led light, rest of the 2 had few lights n also they were yellow one's which was a great trouble for visibility. (Only small 15 watt 2 bulb in 1 room.) Also we paid for 3 persons in a room for which we were provided extra bed, but no extra towel

I don't know how they get 4.3 ratings. i got worst experience that i can't share in words. there rooms are in worst condition, toilets to even the blanket are also . i travelled j&k, u.k., Karnataka, pondicherry, goa, m.p. and Delhi and many more places but don't got as any worst experience ever. If there's any option to gave negative rating from 1to 5 then i gave -5 ratings.
