nice hotel but construction work going on gyser work well smal cute room service also good. but problem is hotelier give us corner located room where view is negligible. room was packed no ventilation provided.nice experience no issue with family in this hotel

The property is approximately 500m from the railway station and connectivity to other parts of the city is quite good from here. We had booked a family room and it was quite spacious and had all the required amenities. The hotel was really clean and the linen was spotless. The hotel is right next to the Kundan Dhaba which serves delicious kulchas and a variety of sweets and lassi too. The only bummer is the breakfast they serve here, which comprises of only aloo paratha and tea/coffee. But the manager is a very nice man and he booked us an Etios car at the last moment for our Manali trip from Amritsar.

Pathetic place to stay. They don't have a proper house keeping staff. We were allotted a room which was way too small. The washroom was not cleaned properly. Food was very very bad. Only 2-3 people handling the entire work at the hotel. Pay more but stay at a better place. Not here.

Good hotel with grt staff and u can have good and tasty food and it is near by railway station and tourist destination. And onw amazing thing is that if are a painting lover then the paintings which all are in the room will attract you more.And hotel owner is good guy and room service person is also good in his service and the girl in the reception is too good and smooth checked in done by her checked in experience is awsm.This hotel really good and amazing and i can make your travel to good. Thanks to all again i will visit at this place and always suggest people and friends to visit this hotel. Again thanks.

very dirty washroom and towel. geyser was damaged so i can't get hot water so whole day i was without bath because of very cold water. my stay was totally wasted in this this hotel.i am not satisfied with this hotel. he didn't provided hot water in my room. breakfast also was not good but money was very High for breakfast. he didn't give me any proper bill but charged 10% gst on food .but there is mentioned his get details or hotel name on bill. my experience was very bad with this hotel.

I had booked 3 rooms and in 1 room window does not have glass through which wind is continuously blowing inside the room. Outside food is not allowed that which is showing extreme nonsense, it means u don't get pizza burger or any fast food inside the hotel. WiFi is not working. We had registered the complaint twice to the hotel staff but they did nothing. On 11th March morning there was no water in toilets nd no staff available at the counter. We were stuck without water for around 2 hours. Overall it was a bad experience. Room number 28 it is

The stay at hotel was very good.food quality is also good.i stayed with family and it's safe and peaceful.support staffs were nice ,quick and co-operative.i will recommend this hotel for single or family persons. The only thing they can improve is internal lighting system.it was a bit dark feeling like night mode throughout the the day.otherwise all are very good. As a family,it was very very safe and peaceful.all were supportive and co-operative.

Please do not book this hotel due to few reasons i.e. in room you need to check if geezer is working fine or not also there is no kettle in room for hot water mainly for your child. When i called this property before my visit they told me for breakfast we will get buffet its not like that you will get just potato pratha with some soil in it as well as those were not cooked and bread butter where they put too much of butter. Also if in case you are tired and would like to have lunch or dinner in room they will give you pathetic food.
