Worst experience ever in a hotel. There was no regulator of fan. The TV of our room was also not working. There was no gyser in the room. And the worst was the behaviour of the manager that was present there at night wearing spectacles. The normal staff was so good and cooperative. The dinner provided by the hotel when we had reached there at 12 am, was so costly and very less in amount.

Worst experience hotel staff is very rude even the light goes off at 2am to 4am they don't have any backup generator the whole night the two of us me and my father was spending the night with mobile flash on and the staff behaves like they don't care about anything.... they don't even provide any towel and even the floor was so unclean. I payed for AC room and that hotel staff turn off AC at 1am.kindly don't go to this hotel again instead take dormatory or room at habibganj railway station..

Worst hotel ever I have visited. Booked room for 3 person paid for 3 person and availed room with two person capacity arranged mattress for third person on floor with a hole on mattress . Room is unhygienic even during this covid pandemic. Staff is absolutely not cooperative. Bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket is too dusty and unclean. Can't even think of sleeping on it. Bathroom is not clean, even bathroom sheets are broken. Provides towels and complementary things after asking. Best suggestion never visit this hotel. Oyo cheated us with wrong photos, information and false assurance...

Rooms are OK type. Dust is there on everything you can touch. Staff is OK. They can give you damp towels and sheets.. Breakfast is really not Good. OK to go when you don't need to stay much in the room except sleeping. Locality is Great. Restaurants nearby are superb.

Staff is good and cooperative. But food is too bad. Never try to have dinner lunch and breakfast at hotel. Only tea is good. Parking not secured. It is not suggested for fab hotel category. Only thing is good here is smiling staff.

Giving one star because zero is not available, it was worst hotel I had stayed during my 10 years of sales & mktg career. Staff was totally rude and money minded, their swip machine was not working so forced me to go to ATM and withdraw cash for two days advance then only allow check in. Service is bad then any third class guest house. they serve order after one hour even for morning tea and breakfast. rooms and linen were dirty and not hygienic compared to they were charging for rooms and so many flies in AC rooms & its as strange!!! drain pipe of AC was above the wash basin so no one cannot stand and use it. All in all I never recommend this to any one & also suggest OYO to discontinue tie-up with such hotels as they are damaging OYO's face value.

Really good for family and married couples, at an affordable price. Booking from oyo is much better with offers available. One demerit is even though room is fully air conditioned, there are mosquitoes in the room.

Worst stay ever I had. Hotel is third class. No good amenities. Neither bed neither bathroom. Worst. Wifi sucks. Street food is better than this hotel's food. Outside food not allowed. Im never booking it never again. I wish there was a zero rating system to give this hotel zero.
