Fab Hotels are always known for their fake advertisements. Booked this hotel in Mylapore. They charged about 1700Rs for this so called 3-star hotel. Poor bed linens curtains stinky towels no toiletries. AC flow is good but no remote control to adjust the temperature. Even a government lodge will have better amenities. Only advantage is location. Closer to temples,Railway station, beach and consulate buildings. This hotel is located above a bar so you get stinky liquor and smoke smell throughout your stay. Its ok for a short stay. Don't consider it if you visit with family.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and luxurious experience.

It Was a Scammed Experience for me... Because They Charged Quite Large Amount Equal To Luxury Stay But They Didn't Have a Good rooms To Justify the Amount They Charged(First Day Evening Nearly 6.30PM to Next Day Morning 11.00AM)...This Hotel Room Not Cleaned after Someone Vacates. Given a Same Dirty Pillows, Rest Room Was Not Cleaned and AC Shouted Some Instrumental Music Only a Good Thing Was That Receptionist Person helped me to use one Room for change my interview costume even After I Vacates

Posle pochti 3 chasov vyiasneniia po telefonu i perepisok co sluzhboi podderzhki trip.com i otdelom bronirovaniia otelia, vyiasnilos', chto zabronirovannyi nomer ne dostupen. Otdel bronirovaniia predlozhil razmeshchenie v nomere nizhe klassa - Premium bez zavtrakov, bez oplaty nomera s vozmeshcheniem raznitsy v tsene ot sistemy bronirovaniia. Po slozhivshimsia obstoiatel'stvam prishlos' soglasit'sia i zaselit' v to, chto bylo predlozheno.Po faktu: nomer ob'ektivno ochen' griaznyi. Griazno vse: steny, dveri zerkala, stakany, steny v dushe, pyl' na kreslakh, postel'noe bel'e s razmazannymi komarami, kotorye napilis' krov'iu. Edinstvennoe polotentse, kotoroe bylo v nomere - griaznoe polotentse vri vkhode v vannuiu komnatu. Usloviia otvratitel'nye, nikogda podobnogo ne videla v oteliakh. Est' li v etom otele nomer liuks - ne mogu skazat'. Otel' nakhoditsia riadom so stantsiei metro, ochen' shumno ot ulitsy i proezzhaiushchikh poezdov. Iz nizhnego etazha veet syrost'iu iz-za kotoroi mnogo komarov v otele i nomere, sredstvo ot komarov ne spasaet sovsem. Nikomu ne mogu porekomendovat' dannyi otel'.Iz pliusov - na resepshene pomogli zakazat' vovremia taksi v aeroport.

I had best worst experience in this hotel. No neatness, full of mosquitos, total sleepless night. Towel, bed sheets are very bad. I don't know how FAB group is continuing with this type of hotel.

Rooms in the pictures and in reality is totally different. Broken walls, doors and AC doesn't work properly. We asked for a non-smoking room but instead received a room full of cigarette smell. In one word its dirty hotel on top of a supermarket. Customer service doesn't understand English or hindi. Wouldn't recommended anyone.

I had wonderful stay at here. The staff was warm and welcoming always ready to assist with a smile. Clean rooms, good view and a good experience welcomes you here

The rooms and hotel are nothing like the pictures. Please don't waste your money in it. The staff did the best they could but the rooms were not clean.. bedsheets had stains...no soap in the washroom...
