I have booked a room through fab hotels for Rs. 1300 including breakfast. The room they have given is very uncomfortable, for my family of two... On arrival none of the staff were there to carry my heavy luggage to my room, they not even bothered. They don't have there own restaurant, only menu from other restaurants were in the room. You have to order yourself, then person from there will deliver after you have to beg the hotel staff for plates. They don't even provided milk for my little baby. Even you have to do your own hot water as they provide an electric water boiling stuff in your room. I have to check out early next day so I requested the staff to give my breakfast early, or if not possible then just tea, they have assured that they will, but no breakfast was given till 8 o'clock.... Very un satisfactory service. Value for money is not there....not in febhotel

The room was spacious, clean and well lit with natural light... On request, the hotel owner arranged for an early check-in, that too, free of cost. The breakfast provided was also good. Thanks for making our stay a comfortable one...

Horrible condition... I will never ever choose this hotel again. Rooms are very conjasted even they told us foods are not allowed in the room. We take lunch their Hall & every minute they are demanding money.. When we just enter the reception they demand us to pay full money... Belive me guyz their service is very bad & the smell of every room just feel you bomitt.. Picture & Originality is totally different... We just letf this place at a time for survival otherwise I am sure I will die & they don't even back our advance money... Just disgusting

Hotel staff behaviour is very good well maintained room and everything

The rooms are quite clean and the location is fantastic owing to the convenience it offers. However, I found very pathetic issues which are: 1) The residential building occupants are very uncultured and irritating. 2) The entrance of the hotel is very unkempt and dirty. 3) The lifts are painfully slow. 4) Only a single floor is lodging hotel and hence you got nothing to do but to sit in the room. Owing to all the disadvantages, the room rent should have been lower. It is best for look for rooms in OYO rather than spending 2K or more in here.

This is not a real hotel. It's kind of hostel where everything is one floor. No reception area, walls are very thin, rooms are not soundproof as everyone use the same corridor for enter and exit to their rooms. Laundry lilens are very poor quality and they are using those for years. Bathroom are not clean like a hotel bathroom. If you stay left hand side room you will wake early for the shower noise from other side occupants bathroom. Front of the hotel is really nasty consisting two cheap restaurants underneath and they are real mess. Front staffs were helpful with their limited resources. Funny thing is they do not have any cleaning chemical to clean their bathroom fittings, e.g. tiles, basin. Commodes, all they have soap. Oh yes their bathroom toiletries are very very cheap. Don't think now a days anybody will use those cheap soap anymore. Certainly I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel has a good interior design. The staffs and very good, calm, soft and well trained. The rooms and the other facilities in the hotel are also good. And the cherry on the cake is that here Breakfast is free..
