FabExpress Paradise I - Hotel in Newtown, Kolkata - Hotel in New Town - 24 Paraganas North, India

First of all I don't have words to say about my experience . It was just sickening they had put us on a sinkable boat . first of all with my whole family when we reached the hotel they said they are sending us to another place as they don't have rooms available their and then with all luggage it was really tough for us still we managed to do so expecting a comfortable stay but forget comfortable stay the place where they took us was not even suitable for even a night stay the lights had fault they room was extremely small and shabby with almost no walking space in the room the bedsheets wore stained and extremely dirty that you would feel nauseating immediately let rest the washroom more worst . Seeing this we had to shift some where else with family and elder person at mid night and we didn't know where to go luckily found a hotel which had cost us double and they didn't even return us our advanced booking money . Overall extremely poor and disgusting express would never book fab hotels again extremely disappointed.

It was a great trip with Bengal Gearless Knights. The ambience and service was top notch.

This is a nice Guest House. All of the furnitures, AC are in Good condition.

To describe this I wud say it was below average, the room was shabby, the linen provided was bad , the washroom is nt ment to be used . Cmin to service it was pathetic, first time in a hotel they said water is nt provided . The location I wud say is ok giving the fact tat construction is going on, but the property is ill maintained. Not a ideal place to visit The food is badddd pls dont order.

Don't get fool by FAB Hotel. They have done same with me. Booked four seasons which is closed and shifted to Paradise on my own cost. No proper service from Customer care too. Beware before you book.

This is the first experience at fab hotel at Newtown Kolkata. I will never suggest anybody to stay at this hotel by paying around 1800 Rs per day. You are not going to experience anything fab at this hotel. My room was not sanitized and the manager told that the sanitizing machine was kept at other hotel. Other hotel staff was rude while asking for sanitization and moreover he told their hotel is like this and they can't do anything. Being a doctor, I was astonished to see the lackadaisical attitude from the manager. My room was uncleaned with cobwebs. Linens are dirty and smelly. I have all the photos. Linens had been changed after repeated calling. This is certainly not recommended those who stayed at fab hotels in the past. My breakfast was served at 11.30 am. Next day they served the breakfast without tea. This hotel won't have their kitchen but 'outside food is not allowed ' board is displayed. There is no board at the outside to locate this hotel. Manager is helpless and has poor managing quality.

The rooms are very small. And the food wasn't at all good, including the beverages. For 1-2 nights, it's a decent place. Also it's location being just opposite to Axis mall is a great advantage.

Friendly advice: Never ever book this over-charged residence. You won't find a board anywhere displaying the name of the hotel!! Free breakfast containing three cold parathas and alu chokha can make your day nightmarish. I returned the complimentary breakfast. They don't even bother to ask what you would like to take. The brand of Fab Hotels is being tarnished and tinted. No hand-wash and soap provided. Room service phone is dead. I am surprised how dare they charged nearly 1800 bucks for such a room
