FabExpress Oriental Suites III - Hotel in BTM Layout, Bangalore - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

We booked this hotel looking at the reviews count (1000+) and based on my past experience with another Fabhotel. we reached the room night around 11 P.M. We got alloted a room in the first floor. It was dusty in the corner of the walls, window and curtain and mild fungal smell was there as the room seems to locked for couple of days. The bed spread was not changed it had hairs. Morning I called the reception for hot water to take bath and no one answered the call. Going down to the reception I found the boy was sleeping. TV was not working as they did not recharge DTH account. upon request , the boy got another STB and connected to the TV. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. If you are allergic to dust and mites don't book this hotel. They don't care for providing decent and hygienic rooms for stay. Parking space inside the building is very less.

We had a spacious room with very clean and higiene and services was good overall experience in oriental suites was good nice place thanks

The check-in was hassle-free. The stay was calm and without any disturbance. The rooms were clean and the wifi was good. Note that the water is solar heated and therefore it takes time for you to get hot water in your room taps. But hey, let's go green.... I stayed for one night alone and it was amazing.

Its actually like service apartment. Booked 2 rooms for two families, No communication between online booking and attendant at hotel related to number of guests. Wanted extra bed with additional changes but attendant said, we don't provide extra bedding. After talking to customer service / online person Attendant reluctantly said " will try". He cam up with extra mattress cum sofa cushions. Which was in very pathetic condition. Attached photo. The bedsheets also were torn.

A highly underated place...nice staff with excellent service...stayed there for 3 days...in a business trip...extremely satisfied

Good place to stay... Rooms are good but bit old so not much clean.. specially the bathroom..

Great location,really pleasent and clean rooms,but the things that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff,all of the people are incredible helpful and generous with their time and advice
