BEWARE! FAB HOTELS CHEAT!! Booked online through fab hotel site. Hotel official called and told at evening 5pm that there is no electricity and we cannot provide you the room, whereas my booking was from 12pm same day. Somehow got call centre number and they are suggesting different hotels at far off location. I rejected them and asked for refund. Official claimed in 5 working days refund will be credited. But no mail confirmation. After a week if I call they are saying it was a no show and you have not cancelled the room. What a cheap behavior of such big group of hotels. Please don't goto such cheaters

Quite spacious, not expected the size that big. More like a two bedroom flat. On a prime location, approach to any area is easy. Main road view balcony and natural light.

It was a very nice hotel to stay. Apart from good rooms, spacious accommodation, the hospitality of the staffs were very much appreciable. They were very gentle, polite & helping nature & accomodative which v seldom seens in others. I really appreciate their gentleness. Breakfast was tasty

Worst customer service. Manager Anoop runs it as if he owns Bangalore, 0 courtesy! 3 days I stayed there, only once room was cleaned Deluxe room has a tiny bed. Food menu has 4 items only. Stay on road, not in Oriental Suites. Oyo is better than Fab hotels. Called Fab hotels too, without any help.

I had booked a premium room. But was totally disappointed with the room allocated. There was a huge pillar right in the middle of the room! This is no way how a premium room should be. When raised this issue and asked for a different room, I was told that this is the only available premium room n they can try to give me a smaller one!! I paid for premium room but it was totally waste of money and below par rooms

Room was quite old, bed was not hygienic. Pics in google are very different from reality. In breakfast found hairs. Found bedbugs and immediately shifted. Location is also very boring. Nothing is there at this location.

This property of Fab hotel is short of something. Breakfast served without tea.Difficult parking lot.Flush at times didn't work.Mosquitoes..had to get a repellent. Lenin unclean.

Good service. Although check the beds for bed bugs as I had to change the room due to their presence in the prior room I was alloted. Overall breakfast and everything is good.
